Shannon was terrific, working under a challenging situation—conducting a long-distance Facetime inventory, working to clarify and classify a decidedly disorganized estate, overseeing careful packing of vintage concert posters and music memorabilia, as well as personal belongings going into storage after a long-time friend's move to a nursing home. She never made assumptions but checked with me as to identifications and such, and made sure everything was clearly catalogued. And she also made sure that when the materials were moved into the storage unit, they were organized for easy access. Lots of photos as well, to make things even clearer. An amazing job all around I'm truly thankful for her partnership in this difficult time.

Well, it finally happened: A big move forced me to deal with my storage unit! I had a mix of *stuff* ranging from old furniture to art supplies–my own items and my late mother's–and it was nearly impossible to make a dent on my own. Between Jennifer's truly outstanding organizational skills and the help of a small crew to move heavy items (and remove the things I needed to part with), my 10×22' nightmare became a manageable space in three hours! I would go so far as to say that it was a genuinely fun morning–which is especially impressive given the sheer emotional weight of going through a parent's personal effects. I cannot possibly say enough good things about Jennifer's mix of practical skills and personal sensitivity. I recommend Potomac Concierge without hesitation–personable and professional!

I had quite a lot of travel during and after Thanksgiving, and needed some support with holiday decor. Kelly and Kristin truly made this Christmas the best ever. This duo is remarkable. They unloaded and opened all of the decorations (after marking them according to rooms last year) and did an amazing job helping me make everything beautiful. Potomac Concierge recently helped us move my father out of his home of more than a half-century and across the country to a senior living community. This was, as you can imagine, a complex and stressful undertaking, and they handled it all with patience, experitse, and thoughtfulness. I felt compelled to share my experience with one of your personal assistants, Sara Coles. Sara represented your client who wanted to purchase a hot tub. Sara interview our company as a possible choice for a high end Jacuzzi model. Her client, being very busy, leaned on Sara to manage the entire process from the researching through the delivery. I can’t say enough good things about Potomac Concierge! I reached out to Aida about help with a big move (two houses into one) and she replied immediately. Her team took care of coordinating with the movers, handling no parking signs and ALLLLL the packing and unpacking. (They even did thoughtful things, such as reach out to neighbors.)
