I hired Potomac Concierge to help my parents after they downsized from their home in NH and settled in a retirement community in MD. Helen did a wonderful job communicating what she accomplished after every meeting with my parents…from helping with online accounts, auto-pay set-up and scheduling, decluttering email & cancelling old accounts, to creating a shared family calendar and prioritizing tasks for my parents to complete, the dependable schedule we set up with Helen was invaluable in reassuring my brother and I, as we both live in other states. My parents loved working with her too 🙂 So happy I found this personal assistant service in the DC metro area!!

I felt compelled to share my experience with one of your personal assistants, Sara Coles. Sara represented your client who wanted to purchase a hot tub. Sara interview our company as a possible choice for a high end Jacuzzi model. Her client, being very busy, leaned on Sara to manage the entire process from the researching through the delivery. We worked hand in hand with Sara to make sure the sales process for her client was smooth, on time and exactly everything her client had expected. I had quite a lot of travel during and after Thanksgiving, and needed some support with holiday decor. Kelly and Kristin truly made this Christmas the best ever. This duo is remarkable. They unloaded and opened all of the decorations (after marking them according to rooms last year) and did an amazing job helping me make everything beautiful. They wrapped presents like they should appear in the next Nutcracker. Positive, productive, professional and punctual; I love everything they created and every effort they made. When they come to my home, I know it will be lovelier when they go. I could not be more appreciate and grateful for this team!

We highly recommend Potomac Concierge – a top notch business!!! Last year, we sold our home in McLean, VA and prepared to rent locally. A friend recommended Potomac Concierge and we worked with Aida Middel during a time of unknowns– where we would move, what we would do… Aida was helpful in suggesting what we needed at the rental… what could be stored, and what we should not keep. She was professional, cooperative, and considerate as we sifted through belongings making decisions. We appreciated suggestions vs. being asked what to do. She helped with packing and even with marking furniture placement when we found a rental. She also recommended a professional moving company, JK moving. A year later, we prepared to move out of state. We call on Aida and PC and we were grateful and fortunate to work with Jamee Whittan. Jamee is fantastic! We immediately connected on what needed to be done and, again, Jamee did not wait for guidance – she assessed the situation after a walk-through and formed a “game plan!” This efficiency reduced the stress enough so that I felt at ease to focus on work and other tasks. Jamee was very friendly and patient and listened as we sorted through the priorities and next steps. She remembered details of our schedule (including packing for my husband who was taking boxes to FL in advance of JK moving). Jamee was very helpful in setting the schedule for future visits. Once she had a schedule conflict and she immediately arranged for Kristen O’Brien to help. I appreciated that since I had blocked the time in advance. Kristen was equally friendly, efficient, professional, and patient!!!. I called for help during a very busy time but PC went “the extra mile!” It was a pleasure to work with Jamee and Kristen and I trusted them both. We simply didn't have enough time to coordinate all aspects of the move AND continue to work – and we were grateful that Aida, Jamee, and Kristen stepped in to help. We appreciated their patience and kind approach to an otherwise stressful situation. We still felt stress related to the move, but not with Jamee and Kristen! I assumed I would help with packing (!) but they had confidence in their approach and took initiative to get things done, leaving me to work on other tasks. They communicated well during the process to ensure we were always on the same page. They were both so very easy to get along with and they managed to get so much done each day while creating a calm environment. Truly 5-star service!

Coleen and Amelia were so delightful for to work with. They were on time, professional and very supportive on my helping me make sense of my move. They took their time to ensure my needs were met and I am definitely satisfied with their working. I can’t say enough good things about Potomac Concierge! I reached out to Aida about help with a big move (two houses into one) and she replied immediately. Her team took care of coordinating with the movers, handling no parking signs and ALLLLL the packing and unpacking. (They even did thoughtful things, such as reach out to neighbors.) I can’t tell you what a relief it is to be moved in and have every box out of the house within 24 hours – and to have everything thoughtfully organized and put away. To top it off, everyone was incredibly nice and friendly, even towards our nosy pets 🙂 Hire Potomac Concierge!

We hired Potomac Concierge to help pack several rooms before a major home renovation. Amelia, Shannon and the representative from the moving company were all incredible. They arrived right on time and were friendly, organized, thorough and accommodating. They finished in record time and we would absolutely use them again.

I had a last minute need for someone to pack up and clear part of the items in my basement and Potomac Concierge was amazing. I called on a Friday. They had someone here on a Monday morning and it was done perfectly! I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Libby, Shannon and Claire helped me move with very little notice. I thought I could do everything myself, but got too busy with work. They had less than two weeks notice and made it happen. Not only am I unpacked, but all of the boxes are gone and my kitchen is better organized than if I had done it myself. They are extremely professional and pleasant to work with and would definitely use them again!!! I’ve never felt in better hands.

Lauren Labrada inspects our home while we are in Florida. She is timely, professional, courteous, and most helpful. A real asset.

Using Potomac Concierge Services has been a game changer and amazing for our family! They helped us prepare for a move to temporary locations in preparation for a house renovation. Robin and team were incredible/terrific/great! They helped us declutter our house before we moved, helped coordinate the move, helped pack and unpack into our new temporary spaces! They thought of all the details that I would have forgotten. And, they also supported during the stressful moments. This is the first week that I have not seen any of them in the past two and a half months and I miss them. They are all so pleasant, helpful and fun. Libby was the Manager in getting a house ready for the market. It had been lived in for about 50 years and needed a variety of services. She had an amazing team of workmen and was able to empty the home, fix several items and make it look refreshed. All with quick response and professionalism. Very impressive work.

This is the second time I have used Potomac Concierge. Everything they do is superb. The most important and helpful thing is not what they do but HOW they do it, they project manage everything so well it brings you complete peace of mind. The actual organizer and process is also terrific and high quality. excellent communication, Covid safe, and helpful in ways you didn’t even know you needed help. I highly recommend them!

I have to tell you how wonderful and incredible both Rachel and Dana were in getting our attic, basement, and tool shed in ship-shape order!  They're both amazingly efficient, hard-working, energetic, and very nice!  Both my husband and I appreciated their taking charge of the mess at our house.  It will really help make our lives so much cleaner and easier. I can hardly put into words how wonderful my experience has been with Potomac Concierge! Jamee and Kristin organized the heck out of my kitchen and office and were an absolute joy to work with–lots of laughter and even a little dancing, but they were also incredibly efficient and innovative, full of great ideas and ways to make our life run more smoothly. I literally could not have stayed in my home during the pandemic nor gotten my house ready to sell without Kelly’s outstanding assistance. Kelly had a solution to every problem and always was calm while addressing any challenge. I think of Kelly as my guardian angel. Kristin also was essential during the process of packing up my house belongings and moving into my new apartment. As an example of the special care they gave to my china cup collection, Kelly took photographs of the secretary and display case in which the cups were displayed and then she and Kristin unpacked the cups and put them back in the identical order. I am eternally grateful to both of them.

I am so thankfully I was able to work with Jamee for 9 months last year as I was preparing to relocate to Massachusetts. I have a lot of stuff and it was a disorganized mess. Jamee was great to work with. She was very patient and non judgemental. We got so much done each visit! She helped me get rid of trash and donations. She hooked me up with green Drop in Friendship Heights and inspired me to do some donations even on days I was not working with her. I don't know how I could have handle getting ready for the move without her. Now that I am in Massachusetts, I wish I could find someone even 10% as great to help me get settled in. I highly recommend Potomac Concierge and especially Jamee to anyone.
