Vicki with Potomac Concierge was amazing! She did an incredible job helping to tweak and organize our closet, and it looks so neat and beautiful. We have worked with Potomac Concierge in the past when we moved and needed help with unpacking and organizing and are always pleased with the team.

Shannon was terrific, working under a challenging situation—conducting a long-distance Facetime inventory, working to clarify and classify a decidedly disorganized estate, overseeing careful packing of vintage concert posters and music memorabilia, as well as personal belongings going into storage after a long-time friend's move to a nursing home. She never made assumptions but checked with me as to identifications and such, and made sure everything was clearly catalogued. And she also made sure that when the materials were moved into the storage unit, they were organized for easy access. Lots of photos as well, to make things even clearer. An amazing job all around I'm truly thankful for her partnership in this difficult time.

Vicki was amazing. We live out of town and needed to close up a rental apartment in MD without traveling because of COVID. Vicki had assisted us last year when we moved out a townhouse and into this apartment. She is so efficient and detail oriented that the job went flawlessly. We were on FaceTime and I could tell her what was to be donated, what was going to a storage unit, etc. She meticulously labeled all of the boxes so when I can get to the storage unit I will know where everything is. As we worked together she reminded me of the Energizer bunny!!!!! She is also a wonderful person who makes it obviously that she loves what she does. Potomac Concierge is also a pleasure to work with. They are responsive and extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone in need of this service. I will always be grateful that they were able to help us make this transition at what is obviously a difficult time!!!!!

Using Potomac Concierge Services has been a game changer and amazing for our family! They helped us prepare for a move to temporary locations in preparation for a house renovation. Robin and team were incredible/terrific/great! They helped us declutter our house before we moved, helped coordinate the move, helped pack and unpack into our new temporary spaces! They thought of all the details that I would have forgotten. And, they also supported during the stressful moments. This is the first week that I have not seen any of them in the past two and a half months and I miss them. They are all so pleasant, helpful and fun. We highly recommend Potomac Concierge – a top notch business!!! Last year, we sold our home in McLean, VA and prepared to rent locally. A friend recommended Potomac Concierge and we worked with Aida Middel during a time of unknowns– where we would move, what we would do… Aida was helpful in suggesting what we needed at the rental… what could be stored, and what we should not keep. She was professional, cooperative, and considerate as we sifted through belongings making decisions. We appreciated suggestions vs. being asked what to do. She helped with packing and even with marking furniture placement when we found a rental. She also recommended a professional moving company, JK moving. A year later, we prepared to move out of state. We call on Aida and PC and we were grateful and fortunate to work with Jamee Whittan. Jamee is fantastic! We immediately connected on what needed to be done and, again, Jamee did not wait for guidance – she assessed the situation after a walk-through and formed a “game plan!” This efficiency reduced the stress enough so that I felt at ease to focus on work and other tasks. Jamee was very friendly and patient and listened as we sorted through the priorities and next steps. She remembered details of our schedule (including packing for my husband who was taking boxes to FL in advance of JK moving). Jamee was very helpful in setting the schedule for future visits. Once she had a schedule conflict and she immediately arranged for Kristen O’Brien to help. I appreciated that since I had blocked the time in advance. Kristen was equally friendly, efficient, professional, and patient!!!. I called for help during a very busy time but PC went “the extra mile!” It was a pleasure to work with Jamee and Kristen and I trusted them both. We simply didn't have enough time to coordinate all aspects of the move AND continue to work – and we were grateful that Aida, Jamee, and Kristen stepped in to help. We appreciated their patience and kind approach to an otherwise stressful situation. We still felt stress related to the move, but not with Jamee and Kristen! I assumed I would help with packing (!) but they had confidence in their approach and took initiative to get things done, leaving me to work on other tasks. They communicated well during the process to ensure we were always on the same page. They were both so very easy to get along with and they managed to get so much done each day while creating a calm environment. Truly 5-star service!

Aida and her team were amazing! With everyone home during COVID-19 we needed more space. Luckily we found a great house but then It dawned on me, we had to move. Luckily our realtor was able to recommend Potomac Concierge a turnkey and contactless(if you opt for that) company that takes care of every detail of your move. Their team — Amelia, Joan, Kristin, and Shannon — was prompt, professional, and genuinely delightful, all while unpacking more than 140 boxes in just two days and even finishing ahead of schedule. I have had many clients that have particular needs. Potomac Concierge has been my first and only call with any need outside my scope of work. Decluttering, Retirement downsizing, errands, organization, personal assisting…. I am not easily impressed, every time it is the same service that exceeds my clients expectations. It is the only call you should make.

We have had such a wonderful experience working with Potomac Concierge helping us to check off those random to-do's we never quite get to. There is no task they can't tackle and everything is always done is such a professional and timely manner.

I had a last minute cable appointment and was searching late Friday for someone to come complete a task on Monday. Time was of the essence! Potomac Concierge was able to accommodate a last minute request and had my task assigned within a couple of hours. I work in furnished housing and in this industry, you have to have reliable people on the ground as I am often far away from all my set ups. Vicki showed up on time and completed the task perfectly in every way. I had to give her very little direction and she even did a few extra things that made it complete for me. I would for sure use Potomac Concierge in the future. I am very pleased with the level of service they provided.

My wife and I recently used Potomac Concierge to take some of the stress and legwork out of our recent move from Alexandria, VA to New York City. Susan, our concierge, was a pleasure to work with. She is a consummate professional, and helped us make coordinating our movers and storage units a breeze! She also helped line up a PO Box in our new city and get the house clean and ready for our new tenants. Susan even found time in her schedule to help with our packing!! One word of caution: we had a very unpleasant experience working with the cleaners they scheduled (Your Cleaning Connection- they were terrible and a nightmare to work with). Potomac and Susan did everything they could on our behalf to get the company to honor the job, even offering to come out and supervise the cleaning. Every other service, particularly the movers (JK movers), that they recommended were exceptional. As said, the cleaners must have been a blip and Potomac again could not have been more wonderful working on our behalf. We would never have survived this move without this gem of a company. We half joke that they are the only reason our marriage weathered this move. Susan is without a doubt the most lovely and professional person, and the owners are also wonderful and incredibly communicative. We can not recommend this company enough. If you are moving, especially if it is an involved job, hire Potomac. They will change your life.

She has helped me with my home office support and organization and with cleaning out/reorganizing several closets. I had a move in October with a lot of moving parts and I could not have done it without Joyce, Aida and the team at Potomac Concierge. It's the first move I've had when I didn't think twice about the logistics or the sequence of events – I left that all up to them. We had a flawless move, from a furnished rental and two large storage units into a newly renovated townhouse in Dupont Circle, and all of the management and parking permits and junk pick-up that that entailed. Potomac Concierge is my go to for help with ANYTHING. Not only are they all really capable, but we had fun! Thank you ALL!

I literally could not have stayed in my home during the pandemic nor gotten my house ready to sell without Kelly’s outstanding assistance. Kelly had a solution to every problem and always was calm while addressing any challenge. I think of Kelly as my guardian angel. Kristin also was essential during the process of packing up my house belongings and moving into my new apartment. As an example of the special care they gave to my china cup collection, Kelly took photographs of the secretary and display case in which the cups were displayed and then she and Kristin unpacked the cups and put them back in the identical order. I am eternally grateful to both of them.

What a great experience! I had Kelly and Marley help me with unpacking and putting things away in my new apartment right after a move in, including setting up the kitchen and master bedroom, among other tasks. I felt compelled to share my experience with one of your personal assistants, Sara Coles. Sara represented your client who wanted to purchase a hot tub. Sara interview our company as a possible choice for a high end Jacuzzi model. Her client, being very busy, leaned on Sara to manage the entire process from the researching through the delivery. We worked hand in hand with Sara to make sure the sales process for her client was smooth, on time and exactly everything her client had expected.
